Position Overview

We are look for passionate Residential Aides to work in in our shelter programs, providing services that include: driving program vehicle to drop off and pick up shelter residents, assist with security of the facility and the nightly count. The Residential Aide is also responsible for coordinating client move outs, transfers and curfew violators.


Qualifications


  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • At least 1 year work experiences in a residential drug treatment setting, a mental health treatment setting and/or similar settin
  • Crisis intervention ability and good interpersonal skills; high level of maturity and responsibility
